We are absolutely delighted - to put it mildly - by the custom mirror which has just been installed in our bathroom!


It has been a real pleasure doing business with your company.
Steve was so responsive to our initial telephone enquiry - every one of our questions was answered with a "yes" or "no problem".

Then when we came to your premises with our design,
you - Paul - were even more positive and took the trouble to show us the top quality materials and the state-of-the-art machinery that you would be using.


I mentioned to you that we had previously contacted several companies who advertised custom mirrors but we found that they had not invested in the quality of machinery you have and therefore they were unable to cut and bevel to the standard and measurements we needed. We did however obtain one quote for a compromised design (with a 3 month delivery date) for the outrageous sum of 2,400 pounds. You, however, were able to expertly craft our mirror to our exact requirements, in superb materials, and deliver in under 2 weeks - all for a fraction of the price of the other company.


By the way, your installers - Mark and Neil - were fantastic. Not only did they do a very clean, perfect job but they were really careful around the house. We do thank them particularly for that.

Whilst delivery is a little delayed, I was updated twice by calls from the Sales team.
This was very pleasing, and more important than a late delivery.
Recently I have had such poor delivery service from online shopping experiences - these guys,

Dear Sir, I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the mirror that you recently made to measure and supplied to me. It fits perfectly into the opening my ceramic tiler left in my new en-suite bathroom. I believed that he sloping ceiling may be a challenge to find a supplier to make the mirror to the exact measurements required, but the fit is excellent. I am awaiting an electrician to wire the mirror pad into the mains before making a permanent fit.
This is probably my fourth or fifth order from you for mirrors and table top glass and I am impressed with your service. The packaging is far better than adequate and the glass cleaner you supply is without doubt the best available.
